I am excited to announce that this is the first of a series of reviews of your favorite wrestling television shows like Raw and Smackdown for The Inside the Promo Promo Insider.
First off, let me just say – I didn’t watch Raw. I tried. Really, I tried y’all. I tried to watch WWE TV and I just couldn’t do it. Raw is completely unwatchable. I’m a real journalist. This show is completely beneath my dignity.
With that being said, I still owe my readers a column. So, instead of talking about Raw, I’m just going to talk about what I did with my Monday night instead – grilling a whole branzino.
First, pick the fish with the firmest flesh and shiniest, most colorful gills. That’s how you know it’s fresh. Try to get it already gutted if you can. If not gutted, take a sharp knife and cut the fish open on underside. Clear out the guts and rinse. Generously season your fish on the inside.
I like to grill my fish on wood planks. You will need to soak the planks in water for at least 30 minutes so they don’t flare up on the grill.
Once your wood is soaked, your grill coal is turned to white ash, and your fish is prepared, place the planked fish on the grill and cook on both sides until meat is flaky at its thickest point.
Serve with grilled lemon and rosemary or something spicier like pickled peppers and allspice.
This has been the Raw report for 5.31.2021.
